Refunds and Returns

What is your refund policy for services? For our services, refunds are not typically offered on work that has already been completed. Our projects are based on a collaborative process, and we ensure transparency and communication throughout. However, in the event of a canceled retainer, a prorated refund for the unused portion of the service may be possible, depending on the terms of your specific contract.

For merchandise we will honor a credit on your account for any products you receive that are damaged.  We do not issue refunds.

Shipping Fees and Timelines:  Our merchandise suppliers will have you order to you within 7 business days.  Generally shipped through the most cost effective method in your zipcode.  Most of the time its USPS, but UPS and Fedex are competitive in some markets.
